When working in the Timeline module, you can:

1. Open the Timeline view.
2. Group lanes by checklist or by assigned person.
3. View % complete and status colors at a glance, depending on how they were configured in the checklist.
4. Switch grouping mode (per checklist or per person).
5. Select which checklist to visualize.
6. Adjust time scale (day, week, or month).

• 📅 Plan with clarity – group by person for ownership, or by checklist for process focus.
• 🎯 Use dependencies to spot bottlenecks early.
• 🖱 Drag & drop tasks to adjust start/stop dates quickly.
• 📝 Double-click tasks to open the related document instantly.
