Brainframe integrates with your calendar so you never miss a deadline.

Brainframe allows you to synchronize your personal calendar with tasks assigned to you.

1️⃣ How It Works

1. In tasks overview, click the calendar icon in the top-right corner.

2. Click Generate calendar link to create your personal ICAL link.

3. Copy this link into your preferred calendar app using its From URL or Subscribe feature.

4. Your calendar will display:

• 📄 Document title
• 🔗 Direct link to the task in Brainframe

2️⃣ Adding the Link to Your Calendar

Choose the correct setup guide based on your calendar software:

• 🌐 Google Calendar → Use a link to add a public calendar
• 💻 Microsoft Outlook (Desktop) → Add internet calendars
• 🌐 Microsoft Outlook (Online) → Subscribe to a calendar
• 🍏 Apple Calendar → Subscribe to a calendar

⚠ Important Notes

3️⃣ Best Practices

• 📅 Keep your ICAL link stored securely in your calendar app only.
• 🔒 Always send passwords for protected tasks through a separate channel.
• ⚡ Refresh or resubscribe if you don’t see updates after 24h.
• 🌍 Test ICAL sync after setup if you run Brainframe on a private/self-hosted server.
