Easily manage related files without cluttering your folder view.


When editing a document in the standard document editor, you can drag and drop images, PDFs, or Word files directly into the editor.


  • These are created as individual documents in the same folder.
  • They are automatically marked as attachments, so they don’t clutter the standard folder content view.
  • Attachments are also visible in the Linked Documents area of the document viewer.



πŸ“Œ Attachments can also be created when using Request Forms with the attachment option enabled.



1️⃣ Viewing Attached Documents

To display attachments in a folder:


  1. Go to Folder Management β†’ Folder content columns configuration.
  2. Enable the checkbox β€œShow attachments.”
