* ⚡ **Quick context switching** — Move between client or entity workspaces seamlessly, no re-logins required.  
* 👤 **Single account access** — One login gives you access to all assigned workspaces.  

| 📌 Tip: You can maintain a Master document in one workspace and link it across others. This ensures updates are made in a single location while keeping all linked workspaces synchronized. See Moving and Linking Documents for details.

## 2️⃣ Important Notes  

||| ⚠️ **Attention:** If you log in using [SSO SAML](https://docs.brainframe.com/en/article/saml-sso-microsoft-entra-hznls0/), you can only switch to other workspaces configured with the **same identity provider**.
