Once turned on, every document will display a **🌐 globe icon** next to the **EDIT** button.

📌 *This is your entry point to configure the language of a document.*

It is possible to enable **multiple languages** for:
* Document titles
* Document properties
* Document descriptions

The system will automatically show the correct labels in the **user interface**, based on the user’s **language preference** (set in their profile).

With the base language configured, you can **auto-translate** the document into any other active language (currently supported in **Simple Editor** and **Markdown** only).

* Example: Start from English → Auto translate to French 🇫🇷.
* After a few minutes, the translated version will appear.

📌 *You can then switch between languages within the same document.*
---

The **revisions table** tracks not only what changed, but also **which language** the modifications were made in.

📑 *This helps keep edits organized across different language versions.*

When sending documents via **distribution** or to **external contacts**, an additional **language dropdown** appears on their side.

* Users can choose which document to send.
* Recipients can read the document in their **preferred language**.

📌 *No need to duplicate documents or translate them for your consultants anymore.*
---

## **7️⃣ Best Practices**

* 🗂 **Check revisions by language** when collaborating.
