Multi-customer/entity

🏢 Multi Customer / Entity

"Easily manage multiple clients or legal entities in one account — with complete data isolation."
Consultants and multi-entity organizations can securely switch between workspaces without juggling logins.

1️⃣ Key Benefits

  • 🔒 Full data isolation — Each workspace remains completely independent to ensure security and compliance.
  • Quick context switching — Move between client or entity workspaces seamlessly, no re-logins required.
  • 👤 Single account access — One login gives you access to all assigned workspaces.

📌 Tip: You can maintain a Master document in one workspace and link it across others. This ensures updates are made in a single location while keeping all linked workspaces synchronized. See Moving and Linking Documents for details.

2️⃣ Important Notes

⚠️ Attention: If you log in using SSO SAML, you can only switch to other workspaces configured with the same identity provider.

🌟 Best Practices

  • 🗂 Use separate workspaces for clients or legal entities to avoid accidental data overlap.
  • 🔗 Leverage master-linked documents for policies or templates that must remain consistent across workspaces.
  • 👥 Assign minimal roles per workspace — Only grant users access to the workspaces they actually need.
  • 🧩 Keep identity providers aligned if using SSO across multiple workspaces.

🎯 Visual Checklist

  • [x] Multiple workspaces created
  • [x] User assigned to all required workspaces
  • [ ] Master document linking configured (if applicable)
  • [ ] SSO providers verified for cross-workspace switching
  • [ ] Context switching tested successfully
