1️⃣ Overview
The Workspace Settings page is the central hub for all Brainframe configurations.
2️⃣ Main Sections
Profile
Manage personal account details:
- Update login credentials (password changes).
- Enable/manage Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.
- Edit your user information (name, email, profile picture).
Settings
Configure detailed environment options:
- 🗂 Custom document types – Create or adapt categories for workflows.
- 🏷 Document properties – Define metadata fields required per document.
- 📑 Templates – Standardize content creation for compliance.
- 👥 Users – Add, edit, or deactivate members; assign roles and permissions.
- 📬 External contacts – Manage details for third parties (e.g., vendors, auditors, regulators).
Logout
- Ends your current session immediately.
- Requires a fresh login for next access.
- Useful on shared or public devices to maintain security.
Switch Workspace
- Change between customers or entities while keeping data isolated.
- Each workspace maintains separate documents, permissions, and settings.

- 🔑 Restrict access — Limit workspace admin rights to trusted personnel only.
- 🛡 Enforce 2FA — Ensure administrators enable two-factor authentication.
