"Connect Brainframe GRC to your existing tools and visualize your data where your teams already work."
Bring third-party platforms into your Brainframe GRC workspace to enrich assets, tasks, vulnerabilities, and more — without leaving your management system.
Brainframe GRC supports a growing list of third-party integrations, accessible from Workspace Settings → Integrations. Each integration connects Brainframe to an external platform and makes its data available inline across your workspace.
1️⃣ Browsing Available Integrations
The integrations overview lists all available connectors. You can filter by category using the tabs at the top:
All · Active · Assets · Documents · Identities · Incidents · Misconfigurations · Tasks · Vulnerabilities
Each integration card shows:
- The platform name and logo.
- Its current status — Enabled, Available to all users, Setup required, or Coming soon.
- A short description of what the integration surfaces in Brainframe.
- The data category it belongs to.
Integrations marked Setup required need credentials to be configured before they can be used. Click Click to configure credentials on the card, or click the ⚙️ settings icon on already-enabled integrations to modify the configuration.

2️⃣ Configuring an Integration
When you open an integration's configuration screen, you will be asked to provide credentials that allow Brainframe to communicate with that platform.

Credential Scope
Most integrations offer a choice of credential scope:
- Individual — Only you will be able to use this integration with the credentials you provide. Useful when access to the external tool is personal or restricted.
- Workspace — Everyone in your workspace will be able to use this integration. The token is never exposed to the browser.
Choose the scope that matches how your team accesses the external platform.
Configuration Fields
Each integration requires different credentials. The fields you need to fill in are shown on the configuration screen with inline guidance. Common fields include things like a domain, an email address, and an API token or secret — the exact requirements depend on the platform.
After filling in the fields, save your configuration. Brainframe will store credentials securely and use them to authenticate with the external service on your behalf.
Completing Setup in the External Tool
Some integrations require additional steps on the third-party platform before they are fully functional — for example, generating an API token, granting permissions, or configuring a webhook. These steps are described in the dedicated setup guide for each integration. Refer to the relevant article for the platform you are connecting.
3️⃣ Available Integrations
Integration | Category | Description |
|---|---|---|
Vulnerabilities | Code, container, cloud and application security | |
JIRA | Tasks | Issue tracking and project management |
SharePoint | Documents | Link documents from OneDrive and SharePoint into Brainframe folders |
Asana | Tasks | Task and project management |
Azure DevOps | Tasks | Development lifecycle management and CI/CD |
Confluence | Documents | Team collaboration and knowledge management |

Solarwinds Service Desk | Incidents | Incident, problem, change and CMDB management |
For detailed setup instructions for each integration, refer to the dedicated guide for that platform.
4️⃣ Managing Active Integrations
Once an integration is enabled, you can return to Workspace Settings → Integrations at any time to:
- Update or rotate credentials using the ⚙️ settings icon on the integration card.
- Review which integrations are currently active by filtering on the Active tab.
- Remove an integration by clearing its credentials from the configuration screen.
