Manage workspace licenses, branding, and duplicate configurations across Brainframe.

The Linked Workspaces section in Workspace Settings allows administrators to manage core workspace details, apply licensing updates, and maintain consistent branding across all user touchpoints.

List of all workspaces accessible to the logged-in user.
View or update the license currently applied to the active workspace.
Upload a custom image (logo/branding) displayed on:

Main screen (top left).
Request forms.
Document distributions.
Email communications (external contact invites, notifications, etc.).

Modify the name of the current workspace.
Add a new workspace linked to your account (requires a dedicated license).

1️⃣ Copying Workspace Settings

Rebuilding workspace configurations—such as document types, templates, and workflows—can be time-consuming. Brainframe GRC lets you copy settings from one workspace to another, provided you have admin rights in the destination workspace.

How to Copy Settings

Select Copy settings.
Choose the target workspace.
Tick the categories or specific items you want to copy.

📌 Kanbans (Note: Checklists are separate documents that may depend on Kanbans and must be copied from folders)

INFO: The system automatically checks if settings already exist in the target workspace and issues a warning before overwriting.

ATTENTION: Some items may be auto-selected if they are dependencies of your chosen configurations (e.g., a document type linked to a specific template or property).
